Repairing johnson 90hp outboard to mount on the stern of my boat

So, I started from April 19, 2014 to August 4, 2014 (my maiden voyage - first water test of the 40 years old boat made in 1974 and  32 years old motor made in 1982. I cannot tell you how happy I was when I first started the outboard motor after I bought it and after all the repair. The first boat launch was also a big success, the outboard performed well. I was almost up to 30 mile per hour speed, but I was too chicken to go any faster.

The followings are the things I repaired of the Johnson 90hp outboard motor:

1. The tilt tube was totally rusted and blocked. Instead of buying and replace the tilt tube, I simply use a long screw driver, 1/2" steel bar and hammer the rust out as a starter. I had to go to harbor freight and bought a 12" quick connect drill extension to extend my 5/8" spade drill bit into the tube to grind out the rust further, so my steering cable can fit through the tube smoothly. Watch the 4 parts video and see how I did it -https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1F6TKi396e4&list=PLpjSRCf07NBIHVIhjBjhXEfY91i0NlvBG
