Four Mile Run fishing - Today around 12:30pm I got to the Four Mile Run and a guy picked up 2 humongous carp fish. One is probably 10 pounds and the other 5 pounds at least.

a nice Mercury 200hp bass boat with 2 fishermen were also fishing in Four Mile Run river.
I got skunked today. No bass caught. Not sure if the Alexandria VA treatment plant was emitting warm water? I don't think so but no sure. Temperature may have risen to 50 degrees but it go cold really quickly after a few hours. So, I quit at 3:30pm and finished my day.
What equipment do you use? New to the area and looking to pick up some gear.
